PgGovStepJKSNPP app for iPhone and iPad

Transport Booking System or STEP is a system that was created to assist the official vehicle reservation management process at Penang Syariah Judiciary Department.

Through development of PGGov StepJKSNPP Mobile Apps, user can check the status of their booking via smartphone anywhere.

STEP system is divided into 3 main categories of users which is Admin, General User and Driver.

- Admin can create new booking, confirm booking upon request or cancel the booking. Admin also need to maintain the system entities such as users, drivers, vehicle, department and unit.

- General Users is able to create new booking, canceling or updating booking. in addition, General Users also can send a feedback.

- For the drivers, they can download the schedule and look for the itinerary.
